Mr. Russo is a traditional lawyer who prefers to get acquainted with potential new clients in person in the law office. He delivers friendly, good old-fashioned personal service.  He does all of his own interviewing.  You get to work directly with the lawyer and not with the legal assistant, secretary, or receptionist.

Mr. Russo will deliver a worthwhile legal evaluation of your situation and communicate advise to you about your apparent eligibility or ineligibility for a United States immigration benefit, for example, a resident card, a work permit, etc. He is passionate about the work.  He is on your side and fight for you, but  he will not let a desire to help or emotions get in the way of a strict legal analysis.

Mr. Russo's fees are considered reasonable and moderate.  His hourly rates are presently set at $150.00 per hour and at $85.00 per hour, plus the seven percent New Mexico gross receipts tax,
plus costs (for example, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services processing fees), but are subject to change.  Payment plans are available.
